You can’t do that. All you can do is crop all the images to the same size (aspect ratio) prior to upload. Well, you actually can do that in WordPress built-in photo editor.
Wow! Thanks for the quick response. I don’t have an issue cropping all images to the same proportion. But, then when I create a slideshow and have to give it a specific height, it does not honor the proportion. Does that make sense?
I want it to be the same proportion no matter what the screen size. It is an option of Slider Revolution, but I’d really like to get away from using that plugin.
Dude, you’re using some “tp-dynamic-listing” widget (as far as I can see) and the Slick based slider which is not even a part of Elementor anymore nor is it a part of Steroids for Elementor. It looks like you’ll have to address your issue elsewhere.
Hi! I truly appreciate you taking a look. I am open to suggestions about other ways to implement a post-based slider.
I’m currently using Ele Custom skin pro to create the layout of the slide, and then am able to apply that skin to any listing widget that will let me assign a custom loop style. Ele Custom Skin Pro comes with an option to make anything into a carousel, which is where the slick based slider is coming from.
Do you have any suggestions on how to achieve what I’m looking for?
I truly appreciate your knowledge and time!
Jackie
Oh thank you! I had never seen that extension before! I’ll check it out.
Thanks again for your time and for the work that you put into your plugin! I’m just starting to put it to use and look forward to mastering all of the different new options available to me!
Have a great day,
Jackie
