• Purchased the paid premium version, which was not worth the cost. And asked for a refund. Their customer service email rep asked incredibly casually for admin access to my website.

    Refund the money like I asked. And I have contacted you directly, and will be contacting PayPal if I don’t get a refund as asked.

    I am not giving you admin access to my website in order to justify a refund. That’s just ridiculous.
