    Hi,
I love using the many different features of your plugin.

Unfortunately, I cannot use it anymore at the moment, because it provokes a “Server Error 500” – which makes it impossible for me to digitally save the website. I already contacted the hosting company, which pointed me to the problem.

First time this happened, I use ASE on all my websites. I haven’t installed any new plugins recently. I did migrate the page to a new subdomain (same host). Could that have something to do with it? Everything else is working fine though.

When I deactivate the ASE plugin, the “server error 500” is gone and I can save my work again.

Would ver much appreciate your help.

    Thank you and kind regards

@ava99 thanks for reporting this. Please look at your error log on the server, on your hosting provider console, or in the debug.log file, and look for the entries around the time you are seeing the error 500. There should be more details there that can pinpoint the exact cause.

    Hi Bowo,

I asked the provider to clear their own cache for me – and now it is working again. I couldn’t really understand the error-log files, although it was clear, that something was wrong – even to me. ; )

Thanks you for responding so quickly!

p.s. I’d appreciate if you consider leaving a quick review for ASE at https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-site-enhancements/. You can simply write what you wrote above: “I love using the many different features of your plugin.” Thanks!
