    Hi,
    On the pro version, asana do not import any thing in the plugin after setting all parameters. Is there a way to export in CSV from asana and import in Zephyr ?

    Hi Marc,

    Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the inconvenience.

    As this is related to the Pro version, I have sent you a response via email to assist you further there as the support forum is specifically for the free version.
    Please let me know if you received the email.

    Regarding exporting a CSV file from Asana, that does seem to be possible by going to the project and then clicking on the Project Actions option and then selecting the Export option.
    That being said, I believe I have found the cause of the issue with the projects not importing correctly from Asana and it has now been resolved. Just wanted to confirm via email if this works as expected for you now.
