ARVE Button not working

    Hi,
    As a user, in the WordPress edit Dashboard, editing one of our webinar posts, when clicking the Video (ARVE) button, nothing happens. The form does not display. No error, nothing…

    WP 4.8.3
    PHP 7.3
    ARVE Advanced Responsive Video Embedder v9.7.5
    ARVE Pro Addon v5.2.2

    Issue not occurring on any of our other sites, all running identical specs.
    Rolling back the previous 2 updates of the video embedder plugin, I observed the same results – clicking the button does not work at all.

    Please can you help, advise, and resolve this issue?
