Article urls being shortened automatically

    Since I upgraded to 3.7.1 the urls of articles are being automatically shortened. so say the title is “Build a Ice Age Village on your Android”

    The resulting url will look like this:
    http://blog.pre-pay-as-you-go.co.uk/2013/11/20/build-ice-age-village-android/ Why is it being shortened, is this a conflict somewhere or a new feature of WP?

    Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
