article share to Facebook

    Hi, my problem is about automatic article sharing from WordPress to Facebook with mantra theme.
    I would like to chose the image Facebook add in the sharing,
    I’ve read something about header and og, but I don’t achieve to have the thumbnail in Facebook.
    Could you please let know what I would do?
