# Arrow up

 * I use the Accelerate theme. When I scroll down, a blue arrow appears at the bottom
   right of the screen. When I click on it, the image automatically returns to the
   top of the page. That arrow works when I am on my website via my PC, but the 
   arrow does not work when I visit my website via my phone and tablet.
    Is there
   a solution for this?

    I couldn’t replicate
   such an issue in the local environment. Can you please explain more, have you
   changed any codes in this theme? Thanks.

 * Each page on the website has a blue arrow at the bottom right. If you click on
   that, the page will scroll up again. The scrolling succeeds when I view the website
   on the PC. Scrolling is not possible when I view the website on my mobile or 
   tablet.
    It is strange that scrolling up works on the PC and not on mobile or
   tablet. I have not changed the code.

    Have you used any
   captcha plugin or Recaptcha related plugin then please deactivate it and see 
   the changes if it still doesn’t work then let us know. Thanks.

 * That did not solve the problem. When I go to a template of my theme on [https://demo.themegrill.com/accelerate/](https://demo.themegrill.com/accelerate/)
   then it works on pc AND on mobile AND on tablet.

    Please use this
   custom CSS:
 *     ```
       .grecaptcha-badge {
           display: none !important;
       }
       ```

   CSS is tried and tested in your URL and it is working fine. May I know where

 * I found another solution. I clicked on Themes then on Accelarate ‘customizer’
   and then on ‘extra css’. I pasted the following line there ((found on Internet):
   
   a # scroll-up { display: none! important; Then the default arrow-up was gone.
   Then I installed the plugin ‘WPFront Scroll up’. Now it’s OK. Thank you for the
   help.
