Arrow overlay not showing

Nice plugin but would be even nicer if it worked properly within my theme.
Can’t get the arrow to show when I mouse over my thumbnail sized featured image.
However, the video will open and play within the page if I click on it. But need that arrow to let others know.
I have already used different settings without any success.
Is it a javascript issue? Or css?
