This plugin causes error on the post revision page.
I get: Array to string conversion error in advanced-custom-fields-pro\includes\revisions.php on line 278
If I dump the $value in that line, I get: http://bit.ly/2DtqgNX

    Hi,

thanks for reporting me that issue. I see the problem which is that the ACF plugin did not expect and propper handle a field value as multidimensional array. I asked the ACF plugin developer team for help to get over this custom problem.

I will reply here, if I have progress on this issue.

    Cheers,
    Johann

Great to hear. Waiting for the solution. Thanks

Is there an update on this item or any updates at all?

We use revisions for monitoring and logging changes across the site through produced reports, which now aren’t available anymore for Table based changes due to the above mentioned issue.

The ACF plugins author and its dev-team is informed about this issue in their revisions.php code since April 25, 2019. Eliot wrote “I’ve got this on my to-do and will hopefully have a fix in an upcoming version soon”.

    Thats all for the moment.

    Cheers,
    Johann
