Hello,
As I understood from your request you are referring to profile page that showing empty. So, please note that, if you are checking with administrator user profile then you need to allow administrator for profile view option from ARMember -> Profile & Directories -> Edit Profile Template page at right side “Other Settings” tab, enable “Allow Administrator users” option. After that, administrator user profile will also displayed.
If that is not the case you are referring to then, please let me know with screenshot so I can check and assist you further.
