ARmember Pro bug – resets WordPress “Display name publicly as” to username

    Hi! I purchased the pro version of the plugin recently, and am having an issue that I cannot solve. When the “edit profile” form or any of the forms on the “profile forms” section are submitted by a user, it resets the “display name publicly as” that’s part of core WordPress “edit profile” back to the user’s username.

    In our blog, we have a team of writers, and we want “display name publicly” to be set to people’s first names on blog posts, but usernames are business names since we’re using armember to create a directory of our members.

    Any idea why this issue is occurring, and how to fix it?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
