Are WooCommerce customers automatically subscribed?

Do your WooCommerce customers need to Register in WordPress to make a purchase (I have never used it so have no idea about how it works).

If this is the case then you’ll need to make sure that Subscribe2 doesn’t have any Compulsory Categories (in Subscribe2->Settings under the Registered Users tab) and doesn’t automatically sign new users up to the newsletter (unless you explicitly tell them this will happen at the time of the purchase).
