    I think normally, new official WordPress theme released at around November. but in this year, even it’s already November Twenty Eighteen are still not released yet.
    Are we going to have new official theme this year?
    if we have, when are we going to have it?

    Probably not this year, there’s nothing planned and we’re running out of days. 🙂

    WordPress 5.0 will be released next year though, so there will very likely be a Twenty Eighteen next year.

    If work starts on a Twenty Eighteen theme, it will be announced at https://make.wordpress.org/core/ first.
