Are there any 24/7 technical support companies?

    Hello,

    I’m looking for a practical way to solve my everyday problems with wordpress.org and learn it quicker.

    I’ll explain better. I specialise in digital marketing and I have a web development background. I am not very experienced with wordpress and I realise that is a huge framework with many things to learn. I have clients asking me to do work with wordpress and I’m doing it, but very slowly and painfully.

    This being said, I am going to fill my knowledge gaps with some lessons from a wordpress specialist, but I would also like to have some sort of support 24/7 for the smaller tasks that I don’t understand. Ideally a screen-sharing support like the one of infusionsoft. I don’t like chat supports, but if there are any available for a good price I could take them in consideration.

    Is there a service/callcenter/agency that can do so?

    Because this will quickly turn into a spammy “Hire me!” thing, I’m going to close the topic. It’s also not a support question. My advice is to find a local WordPress meetup (check meetup.com) and ask around.
