Are the WP admin menus acting up for anyone else?

    I primarily use Chrome on Mac (latest stable release) and have noticed, within the past week, the admin menu has been acting very weird for some reason across many WP sites I manage. See this GIF for an example of what I mean.

    I tested in a fresh install of WP 4.3 (no plugins) using a clean Chrome profile (no extensions). All is fine in Safari though so it seems to be Chrome’s fault somehow.
