Thanks for reaching out to us. It should be possible with our plugin. However, you would need another plugin to create the tickets — Event Tickets.
The Events Calendar, would create the Calendar and Events, then the Event Tickets takes care of the Tickets, which you can attach to the Events.
Attendees should have to select one option for both time slots 1 and 2.
Yes, should be possible with Event Tickets, as you could create separate tickets for each slot.

Moreover, you could also limit the attendee capacity. Let’s say in your case 20.
The only way to see if it fits your requirements is to test it out.
