Are pages with manually applied noindex tags excluded in the Yoast XML sitemap?

    If someone manually applied a noindex tag to a page (say by manually entering the code in the <head> tag, or by enacting a server rule in the .htaccess file), would Yoast still honor that tag and exclude the page from the sitemap?
