Are files removed when downloads trashed?

    Similar situation as @nowton #post-5603172 and we are using plugin version 1.4.3

    When editing a ‘download’, I expect that hitting ‘remove’ in the ‘Downloadable Files/Versions’ listing will delete that file from the server or WordPress media library. This is not the case and there is no option to do so in this part of the interface.

    However, when trashing a ‘download’ entirely, this also does not delete the accompanying file(s) from the server or WordPress media library.

    Effectively, this means I have to ‘delete permanently’ all files from the media library for which the ‘download’ has been trashed.
