Are any of these things possible?

I have Events Manager set up to work with a Buddypress community, but there are a few things I’m trying to accomplish that I’m not sure are event possible.

1. We would like all member events to be published automatically. We don’t need them to be approved. It looks like I have the permissions set so that will work, but users still get the “Your message will be published pending approval” message.
2. We would also like bookings to be required for all events or at least easier to find when you are creating an event. Is there anyway to add it to the main “Add an Event” form?
3. In some places, when users (on the front end) click to edit an event, they are taken to the WordPress dashboard which we definitely don’t want (they need to stay on the frontend). Is there anyway to force that?
