    Hi all,
Yesterday I did revision to do Page Templates and accomplished to do that.

My blog just only missing archive part now. I did yesterday with Page Templates, can visit here. Just simple post lists.

    My Questions:
I want to make the post list similar to “standard blog style” in 3 columns. For this page, I prefer full page without sidebar.

Hi Adi. So, if I understand what you’re trying to do, you created a new page template that currently displays the archive posts in a list, and you want to display them like the default post list (except the default list is 2 columns) with images and excerpts in 3 columns?

    Yes exactly 🙂

I think for Archives Page doesn’t need to have excerpts, enough with thumbnail, post title and post meta.

If it were me, I’d probably just use archive.php as the template, then hide the excerpt and image using css. Another option would be to copy content.php to a new my_content.php file, modify that to only display what you want, then modify your template file to get the new my_content.php file instead of content.php.

@bdbrown – Why when I try using default “archive.php”, it shows only 1 blank thumbnail, not entire list of my published posts. I activate now on my archives page, you can see here.

I get the idea from second option, I will try to make new template, copy from content.php and modify it.
