Archives list on non WP pages

I am creating a site centered around a WP blog: http://www.brand-girl.com/___bg_blog/. The “read” section is the WP blog. My questions is, how can I get the non WP pages, which are outside of the WP directories, to include an archive list with appropriate links in the side navigation? I want it to be simple, just a list by month, as I have it set up in the WP parts. Links to be just like those on the WP index.php. Is this possible?

I’ve managed to get a list of recent posts to appear dynamically on the non WP pages, I figure it should be simpler to include archive links…but maybe not?
