archives are missing since 3.9 update

    I use Twenty Ten on two different sites. One is http://thestartlingtruth.com and the other is http://borncaptivating.com

    On Borncaptivating I have 23 total cache installed. I do not have it on the other site. Since the update, I have not been able to access the archives. The posts are total gone from the admin side. When I try to click on one that shows in the menu, I get an error saying it was archived. The archive comes up blank for everything.
