 * Hello, I hope you are doing well. I’m having an issue with a taxonomy archive
   template on my website and would appreciate your guidance
 * I have a custom taxonomy on my WordPress site, and I want every term in this
   taxonomy to open using the custom archive template.
 * I have already created the archive template, configured it correctly, and assigned
   it to the relevant taxonomy.
 * However, when I click the taxonomy terms, they still open the default WordPress
   page instead of the custom archive template.
 * How can I make every term in this taxonomy open with the assigned archive template?

 * Hello,
 * Thank you for contacting Xpro Support.
 * If your custom taxonomy archive template is already created and assigned to the
   relevant taxonomy but the taxonomy terms are still opening the default WordPress
   archive, please try the following steps:
    1. Go to **Xpro Theme Builder → Archive Templates** and open the taxonomy archive
       template.
    2. Make sure the template is **published/active** and the **Display Conditions**
       are correctly assigned to your custom taxonomy.
    3. Clear your website cache and, if you are using a caching or optimization plugin,
       clear its cache as well.
    4. Go to **WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks** and click **Save Changes**
       without making any changes. This will refresh the WordPress rewrite rules.
    5. Clear the Elementor/Xpro generated CSS and cache, then test the taxonomy terms
       again.
 * Also, please make sure that the taxonomy is properly registered as an archive-
   enabled taxonomy and that its term links are pointing to the correct taxonomy
   archive URLs.
 * If the issue still persists after following these steps, please share your **
   WordPress admin credentials** with us. Our technical team can check the taxonomy
   configuration, template conditions, and archive behavior directly and assist
   you in resolving the issue.
 * Warm regards,
   Team Xpro
