The Archive page will list your comics in reverse chronological order by default i.e. with the latest at the top and the oldest at the bottom. This sounds like what you’re after? Let me know if I’m misunderstanding.
There isn’t a builtin way to change the ordering but you could edit the publish dates of your comics if you’d like a different one to be displayed at the top.
As an extra note: Your site is hosted over at WordPress.com while these forums are intended for folks who are hosting their site elsewhere and using the free software available at WordPress.org.
