Archiving PDFs isn’t a feature of the plugin. But, I am not sure I understand well what is your need. Please explain in more details.

I want to archive some of my attachements uploaded in media library , so when i open the attachemnts setting pop up – there would be an option of archive that opened attachment.Do you any way to do that?
Do you mean making a few media items ZIP (for example) archive in your Upload folder on the server?
Yes , and only the admin would be allowed to deal with them
