Archive pages revert to home/index format after first listing

  • I have my blog set to display 5 pages. This occurs on the opening page(index/home)and on the archive page. However, when hitting ‘next’ on the archive listing, the next five posts from the index/home list appear, not the next five posts from the archive. Theme is irrelevant. It occurs on all.

If I change the permalinks to the default, everything works fine, but not pretty. (I am hosted on an ISP using IIS and version 4 php and msql).

I have the same setup on my home machine with v5 php and mysql and it works perfectly.

This has to be something simple. What am I missing?
