    Hey Beaver Builders,
I have created a Custom Post Type with the slug “pick-a-pooch”, using the CPT UI plugin. On the [Has Archive?] question I answered true, and put “all-states”. My interpretation of this is that the link for the archive page for all of my Pick a Pooch CPT posts should be:
I have created an archive page on Beaver Themer for this CPT and the slug for that as well is “all-states”
The only link that works and brings me to the correct page is:
How do I change the archive page to work/display as the first URL that I listed?
I am also using the plug-in Permalinks Customizer, which I am not sure if it is overriding or having an effect on this case?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    The BenchPresser

Setting the string field right below the “Has Archive” option changes the slug used, so that setting is replacing “pick-a-pooch”, not adding to it.

The url you’re wanting looks like and feels more like “all-states” would be a post in the “pick-a-pooch” post type. If you have the post type hierarchical, you could create child posts for “all-states” and get /pick-a-pooch/all-states/california/ etc. At least if that’s what you’re leaning towards.
