# Archive gives Error 403

 * I’ve set up a custom post called ‘talks’. Has archive is set to ‘true’ and I’ve
   saved on the permalinks page.
 * I can see ‘talk’ posts, eg
 * [http://www.sheffieldbuddhistcentre.org/talks/test-talk/](http://www.sheffieldbuddhistcentre.org/talks/test-talk/)
 * but when I go to the archive
 * [http://www.sheffieldbuddhistcentre.org/talks/](http://www.sheffieldbuddhistcentre.org/talks/)
   I get this error, 403 Forbidden, any ideas what might be happening?

 * Not really, no. From the looks of it, that is an error page coming from your 
   server itself, and not from within WordPress. Do you have a folder named “talks”
   on the server? The url may be interpreting as the folder instead of the archive
   url.

 * I do have a folder called ‘talks’ on the server! Thanks very much. Guess I have
   a bit of decision now..
