Archive File Will Not Download | WordPress.org

I am developing a website in the staging area of my webserver, for a client. I have taken a backup using Duplicator. I can download the Installer. But I cannot download the Archive file. When I click on the button to download it, nothing happens. It’s as if the button has no link or is pointing back to the Packages page.

I need this sorting pronto, as the client’s website is almost ready to transfer to their own web server and without this, I have no way of transferring it.

Same problem here. Tried to disable htaccess via settings. No change.

The problem is also that the archive names always start with a dot.
Even if I remove it when creating one.

This bug happens all the time.
