 * Hi,
    I´m looking for a solution to “transfer” automatically old posts from a 
   year to an archive, that will not be indexed by google but should be still searchable
   by internal search. Any idea?

 * Maybe try Yoast SEO plugin to set indexing as you prefer for any various archive
   types.
