Arcade theme: how to get links on very top dark bar

    On the bar at the very top of the site where on the demo page has links to Facebook, Instagram and headings like blog, home…on mine it displays uncategorised and I can’t change it or add headings! This feature is one of the reason I got arcade but I need to know how to get rid of the uncategorised word and add my own headings!
