Arabic Webfonts – font list won’t load

    Greetings

    First, I would like to thank you for this handy plugin, I tried it before, on several instances and it was very helpful.

    Recently, I install it in two different websites, one of them public and the other is local, I notice that the fonts list in both weren’t loaded at all (fonts list empty just “– اختر نوع الخط –“), also I read the issue here

    So, I checked my html code and found nothing wrong i.e.

    <html lang="ar">

    I tried to deactivate the plugin and re-activated again without success.

    Would you please guide me to do something to makes this plugin works.

    Mohamed , Thanks for the great support but please lose the signature. That’s prohibited in these forums as it’s been horribly abused in the past by others.

    Yes, bad people ruin it for others. Please refrain from that.

    Hi Mustafa,

    I tested the plugin more times and the list of fonts appear correctly, maybe your site cache? also please try to deactivate the plugin and then activate it again.

    I think the problem is fixed now, whatever if you still have an issue, please open a new ticket at the support center.
