Dear,
I have started Arabic translation month ago but suddenly a new arabic translation has came 2 days ago and make a problem in my websie !!!

so please, How did this ? and how can solve it?

First of all, you should never save your own custom files inside the plugin. See FAQ.

That System file you’ve marked as “??” has probably been automatically installed by WordPress. If the Author file was taking priority (but now suddenly isn’t) it could be that you’ve updated WordPress. See note about loading order and WordPress < 4.6: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/msginit#order

Additionally it looks like you have a character encoding problem. Loco Translate expects your admin pages can serve UTF-8.
