Arabic Text Appears as question marks after save

Hello,

I am using the latest version of the free plugin..

It works great for me. However, it shows Arabic letters as ???? after save. For example in for titles in the dashboard, User confirmation messages and so.

I can confirm that everything else on my WordPress installation is working perfectly with Arabic text.
