Hi @ammartello97,
This plugin has UTF8 support so it should be working properly in Arabic.
I don’t speak Arabic, but I did a test in Arabic and the plugin seems to be exporting properly. My test was to set “هذا اختبار” as a user name, export and open on LibreOffice. Once on LibreOffice, I was able to see the exact same “هذا اختبار” text there.
I suspect of two things:
1) The encoding on your Excel/Office/etc is not set to UTF8;
2) Your plugin version is outdated;
Please make sure you choose UTF8 encoding when opening the CSV on your Excel/OpenCalc/Google Sheet.
Also, can you let me know which version of the plugin you are using?
Hello @loureirorg
Thanks for your reply,
My plugin version is 0.5.0 and I think it’s the last version
when I import a .csv file to Unicode UTF8, it’s give me a right users data, thank you
but I should do this operation every time, when I download a .csv file.
thank you
