# AppServ and WP

 * I have kind of a weird problem. I’ve installed WP using AppServ on a local machine.
   I want to use it only on our internal network for our IT department. The problem
   is when you click on ‘View Site’, after you’ve created a post it takes you to
   [http://hermes/itblog](http://hermes/itblog) which doesn’t work. But if you go
   to [http://hermes/itblog/](http://hermes/itblog/) with the trailing slash it 
   seems to work. Also when you log out and click on ‘Back to blog’ it goes to [http://hermes/itblog](http://hermes/itblog),
   which doesn’t work. Any ideas on what might be wrong? Or how I can fix it? Thanks.

 * Nevermind, I figured it out. It was a problem in the Apache config file.
