 * In the context of this plugin, I’m not sure what activate means. I know there
   are some plugins that do force the user to be validated before they can sign 
   in to WordPress like many sites do now.

 * Someone emailed me saying they tried an action (logging in maybe?) and it said
   they weren’t activated (even though they were approved).
