 * WP-SpamShield is different from other anti-spam plugins in that it BLOCKS spam
   at the front door and doesn’t allow it into the WordPress database at all.
 * The feature you’re asking about is not available at this time, as the plugin 
   has a completely different purpose, and does not interact with or use spam queues.
