Approval, cancellation and refund

Three questions:
1) Does the plugin have the long awaited possibility for staff approval nowadays as promised a year ago or so?
2) If so, how does the payment go in that case when using WooCommerce?
3) Is there a method for automatic refund, when user is canceling the appointment (when using WooCommerce)?Many thanks,
