Apppresser is a greedy company with mediocre support (unless you pay more $$$)

I’ve been with Apppresser since August 2019, so about 7 months now.

I paid for their most expensive plan and I paid annually. (This is important to remember)

In the time that I’ve been using their software, I have had to contact them due to several bugs within the software. Error message after error message, email after email, I am still sitting without a completed app.

They have recently had to change to v4 of their software since Apple decided that their v3 software needed updating or changing.

Now, since I am on v3, I am unable to submit my app to the Apple app store and they will not assist in the upgrade to v4 without requiring an additional payment.

They are forcing me to do the upgrade on my own with no assistance or they require me to pay more money.

You would think that a customer paying for their top-dollar plan would get at least a LITTLE bit of help.

I was so excited to be able to create apps but the entire process has been so frustrating that anyone thinking about using Apppresser should think twice.
