Appointy plugin not allowing new customers to book appointment

My Appointy pluging is not allowing new customers to book appointment. As a new user you can get to the pop-up screen where you fill out your info, but when you try clicking on “Register and book” nothing happens.
The plugin works fine for old customers. Can anyone help me with this?
