• So I am having this issue with appointments+. I created some custom fields that are required for customers to fill out. However, customers are filling it out and that information is not being retained and passed on in the confirmation emails. That information is also not stored on our website.

I did have custom, third-party code done for the plugin to meet my needs. It has been working fine for the last year until yesterday when it stopped retaining the custom fields. It has not been updated.

    This is my website: http://www.islandfreshlaundry.com

If you schedule an appointment, the last 3 fields are custom. You will be required to fill them out but they will not show up in your email. (or mine)

    Hey there ifresh123,

    Hope you’re well today 🙂

First of all free version of Appointments doesn’t have option to create additional fields. However, premium version has an add on “Additional fields” that allows you to create those fields in the confirmation box.

In order for this to work you need to add Field macros to your confirmation emails so the inserted values are displayed in those emails.

Are you using free or premium version? Plugin haven’t been updated for past few months so this is not related to the free version of the plugin.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
