Appointments Being Cancelled

    I have two step link checking on but also have taken out all #link_cancels#

    People book appointments and then receive an automatic cancellation email.

    Hi @craigmckee sorry for the late reply. Two step should prevent automatic cancelation of appointments. Is that the case for all on just happens from time to time?

    Can you provide one active cancelation link here?

    Just time to time, two step is off and I have remove #link_cancel# from all emails so nothing is in there that could be clicked.

    This issue persists with mail providers that scan links, even when the two-step option is enabled. I’ve resorted to removing the cancellation link, which is not ideal.

    I realised that a better solution to this problem is replacing #link_cancel# with #url_cancel#. This way the user only has to copy and paste the link into their browser.

    Hope this problem is investigated and resolved soon.
