Applying Tax Before Discount in WooCommerce

    Hi,

    I want to apply tax first then do discount.
    Now woo-commerce applying discount 1st then TAX.

    How to over write this ?

    Hi there,

    Would you mind sharing a bit more on why you’re looking to do that? I’m asking as applying tax BEFORE the discount, essentially means that your customers will be paying more tax than what they have to. Moreover, if that extra tax then goes into the bank accounts of the business, authorities might view that as fraud?

    As per our client store terms & condition, we offer discount from total amount including tax.

    So,
    1st Priority TAX
    2nd Discount

    Hi @saju79,

    You can set taxes to be inclusive, which would set the taxes to the product first. After that the tax would display. You can do this by setting them in the **TAX** area of WooCommerce. More on it can be seen at this walkthrough:
