hello
Please open >Pricing Rules>Settings>Product Price.
is option “Show unmodified price if product discounts added as coupon” OFF?
Do you see section >Pricing Rules>Settings>Category ?
if Yes – you try use these settings https://snipboard.io/2JtjOu.jpg
Ahh that second setting is in the pro version, it’s flipped to being off, instead of on, for default behavior.
Have you solved the problem ?
Ahh the show unmodified price tick box fixed the issue! Phew!
OK, I have to re-open this problem, it is not solved, unfortunately.
Regarding “Show unmodified price if product discounts added as coupon”
If it is turned on, the sale price without coupon discount shows, on archive pages
If it is turned off, it shows the sale price with a strike through, and the sale-coupon price in price.
Neither of these is what the software did before: It used to show the standard price with the strike through, the sale price in the price (as is normal in WooCommerce) and the coupon only showed in basket/checkout.
On one of our sites, this fixes the issue, because we do not have a site-wide coupon, but on our other site The one linked above, we have a site-wide coupon. It’s really odd, because it never used to do this. It’s only happening on archive pages, not anywhere else. If I had the skill, I’d simply disable the plugin on archives, but I do not.
Good day, @tecazwebdev!
Have you updated our plugin? We have fixed the “Show unmodified price if product discounts added as coupon” functionality, maybe, if you update our plugin, the issue will be gone.
I’m on Version 4.8.3, which is the current version, as far as i can tell. I tried a rollback, to the previous version, but this did not resolve it
@tecazwebdev do you have updated the WooCommerce plugin too?
Could you, please, add the products with the rule and the coupon to the cart and visit Pricing rules>Tools>System report>Get system report and send it to us as a new ticket?
I will get this to you tomorrow, thanks for your swift response.
