Apply Online – Captcha Not Working

I purchased the Captcha plugin for Apply Online but I cannot get it to show up on the job application submission pages. After installing the new plugin I did go into the Apply Online settings and entered the site key and secret key. I then when into the Ad to edit and checkboxed the “Enable Google’s reCAPTCHA” field.
However, when I view the Ad’s, there is no CAPTCHA validation.
What am I doing wrong?
