Apply Coupon to Recurring Subscriptions – Coupon Setting

    Dear WooCommerce,

    I have a question regarding applying coupon to subscription. Below is my scenario, a customer pays my product and he has my coupon and this coupon needs to apply to any product and its every payment and subscription, and the billing period (per month)’s total is 120 periods (120 months).

    So below is the scenario.

    Jan 1 – initial payment (first subscription)
    Feb 1 – 2nd subscription after the initial payment
    Mar 1 – 3rd subscription
    Apr 1 – 4th subscription
    May 1 – 5th subscription
    …
    Until 120th month.

    Therefore, below is the screenshot of “Active for x payments“, do I need leave it blank so it will keep on recurring for each subscription in each month?

    Also, for “Usage limit per user“, do I set it to 120 because the total number of billing period is 120?

    I have a question regarding applying coupon to subscription.

    Can you please share how subscriptions are being added to your site as this is not part of the core functionalities of WooCommerce?

    By any chance, is it thru the premium plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions?

    If so and you have a valid license with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?

    Otherwise, if this was from a third-party plugin, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
