Hello,
Looks as though you haven’t assigned the page header image in Theme Options> Home Page header.
Scroll to the bottom of this area and you should see the area for uploading your image.
does this work for you?

Its there believe me – just not appearing???
I’m happy to give you access to check it out – but it is in the theme options and NOT appearing.
Not a great start…
I’m seeing the image show now. Be sure to clear your cache if you have one on your site. If you do, I suggest disabling it entirely until you’re done making edits to your site.
Let me know if you’re able to see it now.

I have cache disabled ALWAYS. I guess I messed around enough so that is finally appeared…
Glad it’s working for you now. Let me know if you need any further assistance with this.

How do I apply different images to page title area on each page? Seems like this is only available for home page?
You are correct. This is only built into the premium version of the theme, though you can still assign an image that will show on all other pages in Theme Options> Default Title Settings.
However, a simple workaround is to use a page builder plugin, such as site origin or elementor, to configure the page title area for each page. Just add a row with the image as a background, then add your h1 over the background.
Hopefully that helps.
