Applied discounts but total still the same

    I have the Pro version and when I create an invoice with the prices discounted to $0 on each line item then when printed the invoice line items do show $0.00, the Subtotal shows $0.00 but the Total still shows as the total price before the discounts.

    How can I make the total of the invoice show $0.00?

    Hi! Is is possible you got the discounts the wrong way around? I.e. have a higher ‘after discount’ price than the ‘before discount’ price? If this is the case, WooCommerce will not list the discount in the totals either.

    Otherwise, make sure to click the ‘Calculate totals’ button in the order.
